Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- During high-volume periods like holidays or sales events, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following standard shipping options (rates calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and size):

Shipping Destinations
- Domestic (US): All 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- International: Worldwide via partners like USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Restricted countries include sanctioned regions (e.g., North Korea, Syria—check at checkout).
- Shipping to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) is available via USPS only.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of shipment.
- Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and not guaranteed—delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
- Signatures may be required for high-value orders (> $500).
Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $50 (pre-tax).
- Excludes oversized items, bundles, or expedited services.
Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items
- If an item is backordered, we'll notify you via email with an estimated ship date.
- You can choose to cancel or wait partial shipments may occur for multi-item orders.
Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-Related)
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging for returns due to shipping damage (within 30 days).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable on standard returns, except for damages or errors on our end (we cover return shipping).

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- File claims with carriers as needed we assist with documentation.
- We're not liable for carrier mishandling once the package leaves our facility.
Prohibited Items
Certain hazardous electronics (e.g., lithium batteries over limits, drones without FAA compliance) may have restricted shipping per carrier regulations.
